Forbidden Fruit Table Wine - 2017 Pearsuasion (Organic) - GOLD Medal Winner - All Canadian Wine Championship 2018

An off dry white wine made from several varieties of 100% certified organically grown Similkanmeen Valley Asian & Euro pears. The fruit is picked in September, allowed to ripen, gently pressed and handcrafted.

Aromas: Fresh ripe pear citrus and floral notes.

Palate: Aged briefly in French oak, this golden wine announces delicate flavours of melting ripe pear, a hint of smokiness, vanilla, with a dry finish.

Accompaniment: Fresh salads, seafood, coconut milk curry dishes, blue cheese, goat cheese, fondues, and platters.

Serve: Slightly chilled, wonderful on it's own.
