2017 Adam's Apple - Fruit Table Wine (Off Dry) - Double Gold!

A dry white wine from 100% orgainically grown Similkameen Valley apples with a full bodies blend of 6 different apple varieties. The fruit is picked in the fall, gently pressed, and handcrafted.

Aromas: Of fresh, perfect, handpicked summer apples.

Palate: Crisp undertones of citrus, and fresh green apple with hints of cinnamon.

Accompaniment: Shellfish, poultry, pork tenderloin, turkey, cheeses, stir fry and spicy foods. 5 year old raw milk Quebec cheddar, and 5 year old gouda.

Serve: Slightly chilled, wonderful on it's own.
